Why did we form CFT?
After many years in the industry working for other Life-Safety Companies, we found that customer service and satisfaction was not always prioritized by ownership and management as it should be. Very often, service companies forget the fact that their success depends on your success. We sought out to change this mentality. Not only has this been a primary foundation for our company, but the hope is to change the overall perception of our industry as a whole.
For us, this day to day focus on our clients’ complete satisfaction and trust has come to be one of our greatest assets. Our customer’s positive experiences, and word of mouth, equates to furthering our market share by obtaining referrals for new business.
How does dealing with a local company benefit you?
When you call for service today, you won’t have to wait until next week to see a service tech. We pride ourselves on our ability to be at your location within 24 hours. For emergency situations, we have Service Technicians on call around the clock.

About the owners:
Carolina Fire Technologies is a family owned and operated company. Owners Brad and Emily Rippetoe are native to the Charlotte area and have two beautiful children, Olivia and Stella. The couple met in Wilmington, NC while attending the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. With their free time, you will usually find them at the Softball Field, Basketball Court, or Dance Studio cheering on their daughters or spending time with friends and family.
